Earnings Disclaimer

Last updated 9 August 2026

This page explains what we do and do not promise about money. It applies to makingclickscount.com, our free masterclasses, our emails and ads, our sales calls, and any program you buy from us.

Making Clicks Count is a brand operated by Profit Quiet LLC, 268 Silver Lane, Vernon, Vermont 05354, United States. Where this page says "we" or "us", it means Profit Quiet LLC.

1. We make no guarantee of any financial result

We do not guarantee that you will earn money, earn more money, recover what you paid us, lower your cost per acquisition, raise your conversion rate, or achieve any other financial or business outcome.

Nothing we say, write, show on a slide, or put in an email is a promise of earnings. There is no guaranteed result here, and any statement that sounds like one is not one.

2. Any figure we show is one specific business, not a forecast for yours

We use real examples. When we show a number — a conversion rate before and after, a lift on a page, a result from one of our own businesses or from a client who gave us written permission — that number is a specific documented result for a specific business at a specific point in time.

It is not typical. It is not average. It is not what we are projecting for you, and it is not what we are promising you. We show it because it happened, not because it is what happens.

You should assume that most people who see a result like that will not match it, and that some will get no result at all.

Examples used by the people we teach

Members and past participants sometimes share their own results with us. Where we pass those on, we are reporting what that person told us and documented for us. We do not audit anyone's accounts. Those results are theirs, they are not typical, and they are not a promise to you.

3. Your results depend on things we do not control

The program works on one part of a business — the rate at which traffic you already have turns into customers. That is one input among many. What you actually get out of it depends on, at minimum:

  • Your offer ‚Äî what you sell, at what price, to whom, and whether the market already wants it.
  • Your market ‚Äî demand, competition, seasonality, and conditions that move without asking you.
  • Your traffic ‚Äî how much of it there is, where it comes from, and how qualified it is.
  • What you implement ‚Äî whether you make the changes, how well you make them, and how quickly.
  • Your own experience, effort, and business fundamentals, including things that have nothing to do with your pages.

We can tell you what to change. We do not run your business, we do not make the changes for you, and we cannot make your market want your offer. A member who implements nothing should expect nothing.

4. Business involves risk

Spending money on advertising, on a program, or on any part of your business carries the risk of losing that money. Only spend what you can afford to lose. If buying our program would put you under financial pressure, do not buy it.

5. This is not financial, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on this site, in our events, or in our programs is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We are not your accountant, your attorney, your financial adviser, or your fiduciary, and no relationship of that kind is created by registering, attending, applying, or buying.

We provide marketing education and review. For advice about your own finances, taxes, or legal obligations, speak to a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

6. Forward-looking statements

Some of what we say describes what could happen rather than what has happened — estimates, projections, and phrases like "you could" or "this often produces". Those are opinions and possibilities, not guarantees, and they are subject to everything in section 3. No forward-looking statement we make should be treated as a promise of performance.

7. Our guarantee is about effort, not earnings

We offer a Do-the-Work Guarantee, set out in full in our Terms of Service. It is conditioned on you doing defined work — attending, submitting your funnel for review, and implementing what you are given — and it is deliberately not tied to any number moving. It is a refund of what you paid, not a guarantee of what you will earn.

8. If something we said sounds like a promise

It is not one, and we would rather fix the wording than have you rely on it. Email [email protected] and tell us where you saw it.
